Dev listened as the commissioner started the ceremony, holding both of Tom's hands in his and looking at him with a smile that he was sure was permanently affixed to his face. When it was time for the vows, he took a deep breath and just said what was in his heart.

"Tom, meeting you and becoming friends with you was the best thing that ever happened to me because you made me want to be a better person. Then we fell in love and that was the best thing because you showed me what real love was really all about. And you're a really great kisser." He giggled softly. "Now, here we are.
